Thanks for the comments as for who makes them ,sorry I bought them second hand about 12 years ago in a huge box of figures marked RAFM/REAPER/RAL PARTHA and a lot of them I have never been able to identify including those and a nice werewolf most of the figures were RAL PARTHA and i originally bought them for my cthulu games. I was once offered a nice amount of money for the ones I used as noctelingers by some one who said "do you know what youve got there " I didnt and he wouldnt say so I didnt sell them ?. If anyones intersted I can post pictures of the others that were i the collection I still have most of them.

Loving the noctelingers! They certainly are the scariest minions of evil I've seen for a while. Hard to imagine those twisted monsters were once men, what terror befalls the land! Oh the horror.
