Hi chaps,
Whilst on a visit to Stratford upon Avon today, I called in to the Games Workshop shop...they guy thier was really enthusiastic as I looked around and in a nice way too. Any how's, as suggested by a friend I picked up a box of the new goblins from The Lord of the Rings range, I think they will make some great noctelingers when painted up. Just cut from the sprue, no making other than basing up and have a good twisted, diseased and degenerated human look about them. I'll try and get some piccys sorted when they are painted up.
As for now happy new year to all and happy witch finding :-)

Happy New Year to you too Sarge. I look forward to seeing pics of your new 'noctelinger'. Have you had chance to see the Hobbit yet? I saw it just before Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Yes, I'm not a fan of the Hobbit goblin figures. I don't like them at all. Don't mean you haven't done a good job on them, Sarge. You have, it's just the figures that don't do anything for me.

Thats fair enough, I agree certain ranges are not to everyones taste. I just like the 'twisted' and sub-human look and they were nice and easy to paint up too.

Another great paint job Sarge. For some reason the photo reminds me of 'just after closing time' at a less than friendly pub I went to (only once) many years ago.
