Hello everybody. I have a question to the vampire and a priest.

If a vampire failed his nerve test of course a priest with the holy book is moved 6" to him. How far the vampire moves away? Only just far enough to get out the 6" or his full movement. 10"+D10 as a Bat?

Thank you

Hello General Rixl- thanks for your question. A vampire ( in human or bat form) would first move D6 inches (page 45) away from the priest - if the vampire had failed a self control test caused by the 'Get Thee Back!' Rule on page 54.

If the vampire survived until the next Turn, and then failed another self control test during the Muster Phase; then it would move 'back and away' again (scarper) up to it's full manouvre distance (10 inches plus D10 inches, if it is in bat form, per manouvre command) - until it can reach and hide behind 'sturdy' or 'slight' cover ( lost self control & head down) as explained on page 45.

If the vampire is attacked (fisticuffs) whilst it has lost 'self control' deduct 2 from it's Attack & Defend scores ( page 45).

I hope this answers your question.
